The scientific understanding of the industry to realize the interests of economic profiteers, both at the workshop and factory level and at the level of management and social macro-planning, is the responsibility of social humanities. Social humanities, paying special attention to the industry, can teach many lessons to the economic managers of industries at micro and macro levels, lessons that, if applied, will also make history. Therefore, in this book, the author has examined the social-human dimensions of the industry and pointed out some characteristics of the craftsmen from this angle. After drawing the face of industrial society and reviewing the history of industrial sociology, the author has explained industrial life. The result is that it is possible to examine the management of formal and informal relations in the industrial organization and it is possible to consider the trends and public opinions in this field to manage the industrial work. It should be mentioned that these contents are in two chapters, along with the sentences of elders about the industry.
