This book is a part of the author's research in looking at constitutionalism from the perspective of legal knowledge with an emphasis on legal concepts and institutions as well as a discussion on the development of modern law in Iran. The subject of this book is to examine some concepts and institutions in Iran's constitutionalism, which have also made an important contribution to the emergence of legal knowledge in Iran. The discussion period is also two decades from Iran's constitutionalism, between the closing of the first parliament and the emergence of Pahlavi. The efforts of Iranians, from the Dar al-Sultanh of Tabriz to the victory of constitutionalism, to establish institutions and legal concepts, in these two decades had the opportunity to come from the field of opinion to the level of practice and be tested. In the conducted research, these two decades have generally been neglected and more focused on the Nasser era until the victory of constitutionalism and also the first Pahlavi period; While these two decades laid the foundation stone of many new concepts and institutions. In this book, the developments of the political school, the school of law, the school of law and political science, the institution of the new judiciary, and the compilation of the first laws of Iran during the Ahmad Shahi period have been analyzed and investigated. In the examination of each of these issues, an effort has been made to see their developments after the two periods of constitutionalism and the victory of constitutionalism, in this period - as the consequences of constitutionalism - and to look at some aspects of the development of legal knowledge in Iran. Studying this work can be useful for law, political science, history and social science students.
