After the victory of Islamic revolution, Mihdi Bazargan chose him for the principal of prime minister and state spokesman. After occupying the embassy of America in Iran by the students following Imam he been accused to spying for America and by the result of Inqilab court he went to prison forever. Now he is the older political prisoner in Iran for 21 years, in 1997 succeed to achieve the gift of human right.
