The third volume, called the emergence of the Islamic Leviathan, deals with the development of the theory of the modern state in Shiite political jurisprudence from a historical perspective.
Mohammad Quchani (born on 31 Shahrivar 1355 in Rasht) is a journalist from Iran and the owner of privilege, responsible director and editor of the New Awareness magazine. In his press career, he is a member of the editorial board of Asr Ma magazine (an organ of the Mojahedin Organization of the Islamic Revolution in the 1970s), the deputy editor of Hamshahri newspaper in 1379 to 1382 and the founder of Hamshahri Mah magazine, editor of Sharq, Ham Mihan, Etimad Melli, Asman, He was the editor and editor of the magazines Hamshahri Mah, Seda, Mehrnameh and Siytannameh. He is also a member of the Central Council and deputy of the political committee of the Iran Construction Agents Party.
