Seyed Nasser Soltani was born in Tehran in 1355. He received his diploma in the field of literature and humanities in 1374. In 1374, he entered the Faculty of Law of Tehran University, and in 1377 he completed his bachelor's degree. In 2006, he pursued his master's degree in public law at Shahid Beheshti University. He managed to obtain a master's degree in fundamental law from the University of Aix-Marseille 3 Paul Cézanne and obtained his doctorate from the same university. Apart from legal advocacy and consulting, he has cooperated with some research institutions such as the Research Center of Majles Shura'ye Islami, the Simai Law Institute for Legal Development, and Beheshti University, and has authored and translated several articles.
