"Ibn Khaldun" is the first person who used the science that is called sociology today, under the title of ``Imran'' in his valuable writings. His works, like other sciences developed in Islamic civilization, were translated into Latin from the 14th century AD and published in Europe, and from the 19th century AD, thinkers started compiling the science of sociology and most of the propositions that Ibn Khaldun had established in They applied their knowledge. Bedouinism and urbanization became the sociology of tribes and nomads, rural and urban, and the discussion about kinship and religious nervousness led to new types of legitimacy under the title of sovereignty legitimacy.
