The book "The Constitutional Revolution: The Iranian Freedom Movement" by Alireza Mollaei-Tavani is a comprehensive and documented study of one of the most important political and social developments in contemporary Iranian history, in which various aspects of the freedom movement are recounted in detail, from the reasons that led to the emergence of the Constitutional Revolution to its widespread consequences in the political, cultural, social, and economic spheres. In this work, the author, using authentic historical documents, describes the conditions and contexts for the emergence of the freedom wave in Iranian society. He first describes the internal causes and factors, including public dissatisfaction, the efforts of thinkers and intellectuals, as well as the direct effects of previous authoritarian regimes and external pressures that fueled this movement.
