Many manuscripts have survived from the Divan of Rashid al-Din Watawat, the famous and eloquent poet of the fifth and sixth centuries of the Hijri era, and many of his poems have been included in poetry collections and wars. The present Divan, which includes odes, sonnets, fragments, paraphrases, combinations of verses, quatrains, and scattered verses of Watawat, is based on twenty-seven manuscripts of the oldest manuscripts dated 699 AH and 699 AH and has been prepared in war.
