The present book narrates the story of a young girl and boy from a small village in Baku, Azerbaijan, starting from the year 1318 (1939). They decide to flee their homeland to offer their love unconditionally in a safe place. On this challenging journey, they face many events, each growing in their own way, nurturing their inner thoughts, experiences, and reflections as they step into youth and middle age. Moments of joy and happiness, suffering and regret, confusion and distress, friendship and camaraderie, stability and growth accompany them throughout this long journey.
