The Shahnameh narrates the national history of the Iranians and presents the worldview and theology, social values and precious rituals, and, in a word, reflects the culture that has emerged among the Iranians since the beginning and sometimes ancient times, and conveys its reliability and durability throughout millennia. Also, the Shahnameh is more than a guide to teaching poetry; it is a poem full of advice, wisdom, and lessons of life, victory, and success and reflects the Iranian view of existence. If anything other than this was said about Shahnameh, it would be a lack of love for someone who made thirty years of suffering and effort for the greatness of the Iranians. Our motivation for addressing our "national history and culture" has been to clarify the characteristics of our people, who have seen many ups and downs, and to reveal our national identity; an identity that has always been known as the most effective tool and thorn in the side of those who fight against this nation in protecting this land and water.
