Mohammad Nusrat Nasin known as Aziz Nasin, poet, writer, and translator was born in 1915 in Istanbul. In 1935, he entered the Koleli Military School and in 1937, he continued his studies at the Ankara War School and reached the rank of lieutenant. During that time, along with his military reserves, he continued studying decorative arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts. In one of his interviews with Mellit newspaper's art magazine, Aziz Nesin said about satirical writing: "What made me write was the conditions of the time. In short, I can say that humor is a cry full of anger that comes out of the throat of poverty and deprivation. We have known this satirist writer in Iran before with the books translated by Reza Hamor, Samin Baghcheban, and Samad Behrangi. Thank God, in the world that I have lost my heart, two groups are not held accountable: one is the madmen and the other is the kings and presidents... they are the only ones who are not held accountable for what they do. Suppose I was an irresponsible president and I coughed. People used to say: "Wonderful precious cough!" And they played the sound of my cough on the loudspeaker. If I opened my mouth to yawn, they would say: "Wow, what a beautiful song!"
