Mirza Mohammad Taqi Khan, pen name Bahar, born on December 8, 1977, in Mashhad, is a prominent contemporary writer and politician. He attended freedom-loving gatherings with his father from a young age, became acquainted with new ideas, and fell in love with constitutionalism and freedom. In 1924, during Reza Khan's prime ministership, he composed the famous Masnavi "Jumhuri Nameh" in opposition to Reza Khan's republic, with the help and cooperation of Mirzadeh Eshghi. Therefore, the Reza Shahi era was a time for him to stay away from politics and be closer to science and culture. After Shahrivar 1924, he became the Minister of Culture in Qavam's cabinet and entered the 15th Majles as a representative of Tehran. Tuberculosis and the incomplete treatment process weakened him even more. Finally, Bahar said goodbye to life on the 2nd of Ordibehesht 1955, at sixty-four. The articles in this book, written by eminent figures such as Mohammad Dabirsiyaghi, Ahmad Samie Gilani, Bastani Parizi, Mazaher Mosaffa, Jalil Tajlil, and others, have been collected on the 50th anniversary of Bahar's death.
