Abu al-Ma'ali Sa'id ibn Mutahir ibn Sa'id ibn Ali Bakharzi, known as Sheikh Alam, was a major and influential Sufi of the 7th century AH, despite the scarcity of biographical information available about him. Iraj Afshar's efforts significantly contributed to introducing Saif al-Din Bakharzi.
Prior to this publication, Bakharzi's known works were limited, leading some to believe his output consisted only of the Treatise on Love and a few short letters.
This collection encompasses Bakhrazi's works, including *Fara'id al-Fawa'id*, *Sharh al-Asma' al-Husani*, Treatise on Love, a will, *Fact of Seclusion*, *Secrets of the Forty to Revive the Travelers*, *Forty al-Wujiz*, fatwas, and *Facts of Correction*, alongside scattered poems, prose, and anecdotes gathered from other sources.
