Dante Alighieri in May 1265. He was born in Florence. Aligiri family can be considered noble because of the titles and privileges that its members have had. Dante was a famous figure in Florence. The last years of his life were spent in Ravenna. It seems that these years were comfortable years for Dante and he stayed there until the day of his death (September 13 or 14).
