Shirin Liangh was born in 1325 in Tehran. He received his diploma in interior architecture from London in 1352; After that, in 1359, he finished his studies in the field of history of design at the Louvre School in Paris.
After completing his studies in France, Shirin Laiyan returned to Iran and cooperated with the Niavaran Cultural Center. After that, he thought of opening a bookstore, and in 1359, he opened the "Free Book" bookstore. In these years, he has held about 26 solo exhibitions in different galleries.
