"The Poet of Raz and Shiraz" is another book from the series "News of ancient literature for teenagers" which consists of two parts. In the first part, the biography and some of the most important events of Hafez's time are told in the form of six stories. These stories include: Hafez and Shah Sheikh, Hafez and Amir Mubariz, Hafez and Shah Shuja, Hafez and Sultan Zain al-Abidin, Hafez and Timur, and Hafez and Shah Mansour. It is accompanied by poems by Hafez. In the second part of the book, some of the words and terms and interpretations of Hafez's sonnets are explained and their meanings are explained with reference to the original poems for teenagers and young people.
