The current collection includes a number of "Serbian" stories compiled in two sections: "short and long stories" and "humorous stories". The titles of some of the stories are The Elephant in the Case (our archives), The Serbian Donkey, The Victim of Science, The Funeral Speech, The Unwanted Guardian, My Talented Child, Thirteenth, Moonlight Night, Crisis, Lies, and Serbian Writer. For example, "The Elephant in the Case", is the story of a person named "Nitchkoi Soapmaker" who keeps an elephant at home. The elephant, which has caused a lot of damage to the neighbors, has caused seven complaints so far. Now Mr. "Payai" the inspector is thinking to himself that after arresting Nichko, how should he arrest the elephant? And where will he get all the gendarmes to seize the elephant? Also, how can he detain the animal without a legal permit? To solve this problem, he prepares the meeting minutes and attaches two attachments to it: the first attachment contains seven items of the petition against Nichkoy Soapmaker and the second attachment contains an elephant's head. Then he refers the case to the city police and argues that there is no veterinarian in his area of life, and for this reason, he referred the case and its attachment to that department for necessary action. At the end of the story, the documents of the case and its appendices are lost in the city's police archive, and it saves everyone from the pain of how Phil was arrested.
